The first one looks like it might be from http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1093073-wipz-westlys-head-replacers-still-working-on-a-better-title/. If you look closely in that thread there's a download link for the ones he's done, which includes nords.

second one: hair could be mandamus but not sure. the texture file of the head is 1HS_NordF-13-1 I just forgot from which modder it is but probably someone else knows.

I wish I made such a cool hairstyle but I'm pretty sure it's Ren's, from the Jenova (sp?) mod on PES. It looks like the mesh is skinned, so it could be Axel's version.
