So I used the console commands to give myself 100 block and all of its perk to test some things. I wanted to make a character that uses a sword and torch and wanted to know which block perks affect my torch. So far Shield Wall, Power Bash, Quick Reflexes, Deadly Bash, and Block Runner all work with the torch. However, Disarming Bash does not seem to. I would have thought all bash type moves would work, and maybe they do and I am missing something.

I was wondering if anyone knows if the weight, material, or armor rating of the "shield" affects your disarm chance. I don't have any knowledge of mechanics like that. I put on a normal iron shield and got a few disarms with it just fine. If torches do have a very slight chance of disarming and it has to do with weight or something like that, I would not mind trying to mod it for torches to weigh 15 lb so I have another perk to use with it

Maybe I should test this with two handed weapons too? Seems to be a lot of conflicting information on the forums about that.
