So since it looks like both the Grayditch and Nipton RP's have died off and their hasn't really been any town development RP's going on for awhile besides those two, would any of you guys be up for another?

I'm thinking we do this in the style of the old RP Community thread, you guys post some ideas and whichever gets the most interest is the one we do.
