Anyplace to store my items in Shivering Isles?

Post » Thu Nov 11, 2010 4:49 pm

So in my game i'm on the last few quests for the Shivering Isles and since that portal to get back to the main world isn't there, i'm stuck on the Shivering Isles with only 5 more pounds to play with. So far i've had to drop some Ebony and Glass weapons so I can make room for rarer items but it's really starting to become a pain.

So is there anyplace in the Shivering Isles that I would be able to store my items without them being erased? Also, i've heard that if you drop items on the ground and put them in a pile, they won't disappear. Is this true or not? Thanks.

Oh, and also i'm playing on the 360 so cheats or console commands are out of the question.

If you drop items on the ground, they will not disappear. Rarely, they can sort of 'ooze' into the ground though, so I generally avoid this type of storage for critical items.

Most of the camps around the SI have at least one safe container. Simply find a camp or two and test the containers until you find some safe spots.

Testing containers: Drop a memorable item (oh, iron arrow, nightshade, something you will remember) into each container in your 'area of interest' (like a camp). Leave the cell and stay away. After at least 72 game hours have passed with you out of the cell, come back and check your containers. Those that still contain your 'item' are safe. By testing, it is surprising how many safe containers can be found in most areas.

Ok thank you.
