Anything I can do with These Items? : Fallout: New Vegas

There are a couple of interesting unique items I've picked up over the course of my first playthrough and I'm wondering if there is anything interesting I can do with them.

Engraved Cigarette Lighter from Jessup
1000 Dinky's (not so unique)
Marked Caravan Deck
Centaur Blood
Infected Brahmin Meat
counterfeit bottlecap
Various Irradiated stuff such as dogtag, water, etc.
Lottery Tickets
A few pre-war books with actual titles
Broken Slave Collar

The lighter and books with titles are quest items.

marked caravan deck is used to show the one guy is cheating poor people at Aerotech Park. Show it to the the captain in charge to get some experience. If you already did that , just sell it. Sell dinky dinos or give to kids at Boomers for increase in rep. If you have already done Volare, then the dinkys can't be used for that. Not sure of any other uses for them.

Irradiated dogtags can be turned in for a quest with the guy standing guard at Camp Searchlight.

Irradiated food and water is really handy if you have Rad Child and want to glow on demand.

The thing that gets me about Centaur blood: how's the courier collecting it? Would you, in some heavily-irradiated crater or mountaintop, stop to drain the blood out of a centaur? That must be a nightmarishly painstaking procedure without the correct equipment. And where does the beaker it's deposited in come from? Does that come with the centaur?

Same goes for nightstalker blood too. Cutting a tail off, fine no problem, but draining and decanting the blood is both unlikely and more than a bit wierd.

1000 Dinky's (not so unique) - Vendor Loot
Marked Caravan Deck - Quest item, gets stuck in your inventory after quest
Centaur Blood - Vendor Loot
Infected Brahmin Meat - Junk item, no use
counterfeit bottlecap - Junk item, no use
Various Irradiated stuff such as dogtag, water, etc. - Usually for quests
Lottery Tickets - Vendor Loot
A few pre-war books with actual titles - What are the titles? It's probably for a quest.
