I'm new to the game, I've just got the key to the storage in the dinosaur shop in Novac and there are a lot of Rocket Souvenirs. Should I get them all? are they useful in any situation? Should I just sell them to make some caps?

What about the dinosaur souvenir?

The rocket souvenirs are quest items. You can buy 1000 of the dinosaur souvenirs from the dude in the shop quite cheap - next playthrough I intend to play a serial killer who murders people in their homes and leave one of the dino souvenirs next to each body

You could use the rocket souvenirs as a desk lamp I suppose, they're not used for anything outside of one quest (which as we're in the general section I won't go into).
