im playing on xbox and i have almsot all skills tok 100 i have no idea how it happened. I plan on getting the last dlc and i was wondering if theres anyway not to use skill points because im going to have all skills too 100 by like lv 48 and i didnt know if i kept leveling up if i would not let me progress because i havent used skill points.

There is no problem if your skills maxed out before the cap. They fixed that bug a few months after fallout 3 was released. Its not a problem in NV.
