If you encounter a bug with Fallout Shelter, please go to our official forums to see if other players reported the same issue. If not, please create a new thread to describe the bug you have experienced with as much detail as possible for the devs to review.
Check the compatibility of your device by logging in to the Google Play Store and opening the Fallout Shelter page.
Please note that devices with less than 1 GB of RAM are not supported.
Please see the Fallout Shelter Help menu for all general in-game inquiries. To locate the Help menu, select the Pip Boy in the lower-right corner of your screen. Click the Survival Guide (book icon), and then the Help menu tab.
