Hi,

Fallout shelter has been crashing on starting the app (does not show any loading text and doesn't get to the vault selection) for the past few weeks for me (on versions 1.0 and is still happening on 1.1). I have tried rebooting the phone but it does not help. The app was working fine and I had put many hours into my vault so do not want to delete/reinstall the app and lose my progress. Is there anything you can suggest to help? The problem started occurring when I launched the app on a non authenticated wifi network (e.g. The wifi lets you connect but then challenges you to login - not sure if that was related to the problem but it is now crashing regardless of connectivity state e.g. Wifi, cellular, airplane mode etc)
