I emailed them and received an automated type response with a general list of things I could do to resolve my problem myself (none of which actually worked) The only thing I haven't tried from the list they provided was contacting Google Play Support and requesting a refund. I don't want a refund, I just want my purchase. Below is a Copy-and-pasted version of their response:

I Emailed their support contact around 15-20 minutes ago, no response yet.
