In app purchase but did not receive bundle

I recently purchased a bundle pack but did not receive the pack. Money was removed from my Google Wallet but after it took the money it said it could not connect to the store and did not give me my purchased bundle. Please contact me and let me know how we can resolve this issue. Thank you.

I emailed them in multiple ways and tried to figure it out. The only thing that I am getting close to actually speaking to a human is this forum. Which is ridiculous. Did the ever resolve the issue for you? If so how did you contact them?

I emailed them and received an automated type response with a general list of things I could do to resolve my problem myself (none of which actually worked) The only thing I haven't tried from the list they provided was contacting Google Play Support and requesting a refund. I don't want a refund, I just want my purchase. Below is a Copy-and-pasted version of their response:

Yes I had to contact the app developer so I sent them an email but I keep getting directed to this forum but no support from an actual person just automated responses. It is ridiculous.

This is ridiculous I'm going to give them a call tomorrow to figure this out I will keep you posted and let you know if there is a solution to this issue.
