In-App Purchase Issue

I bought the 40 lunchbox bundle yesterday and have yet to receive them. I've looked through all the forums and contacted both Google and Bethesda, but they both just point me to the other. I've emailed Bethesda and contacted the Google Play support team with no response from either. I've had no trouble with previous purchases, so why is this happening now? Has anyone else had this problem? How can I try to fix it? Thanks in advance for any help.

Not a new issue by any means. And the back and forth does get annoying. What worked for me was calling Google support and requesting a refund, also don't forget to inform them that Bethesda refuses to either refund your money or provide the item you paid for.

If all else fails you can always do a CC charge back if you used it but it could place your google account at risk so should be a last resort.
