In-App Purchase Never Appeared

I purchased 15 lunchboxes for a total of $10.61 at 3:17am on August 25th. Upon completing the purchase, Fallout Shulter immediately crashed. Upon relaunching, no lunchboxes. As of now, no lunchboxes. My account has been charged. My money has been taken, and I have not recieved what I paid for.



I've read in other places where disputes with this game of this nature have gone unanswered, or you say it's up to Google Play. Google play says this, and I quote: "The developer has it wrong. Google is not authorized to track or alter what is going on inside an app. If you made a purchase in-app it's up to the app to trakc the purchase and make the delivery." Yes, their reply has the typo.



So let me make this clear: If this issue isn't resolved in a week, I'm opening a dispute with my bank and getting my money back. I don't mean to sound like a jerk, but I'm either going to get my lunchboxes or my money back. I think a week is a reasonable aount of time to wait.

I have a similar problem where I purchased 4 Mr.Handys and only was able to get one of them.

I have the same problem,


tried to email support, got a generic reply sending me here or the google play account support.


Im thinking of having my purchase refunded through google.

I have the exact same problem.The 29 august 2015 08:34:23 CEST i made i bought 15 lunch-boxes via the google play (GPA.1352-9085-3234-96819). When i conected to recive my purchase it said that connection to the shop had failed, i had to buy my 15 lunchboxes again (my shelter was going to die because the app didn't quit while i thought it had and all ressources were low)

I purchased a few 40 packs, only tried to purchase 2, only recieved 1, and never got reciepts in the email . . . . thank you Bethesda, thank you very much.

Use the phone call option for Google support and inform them Bethesda refuses to provide a refund or what you paid for. That got me both of my refunds.

Thanks for the replies/advice. Utterly disgusting that this is an uncommon issue but that nothing is being done about it.
