Think the world's gone mad because of dragons.

Wishes for a good bandit raid because all they ever deal with are drunken people and petty theivery. (I find this one a bit odd for a guard to say. They WANT the townspeople to be attacked and killed by bandits so that they can have their moment of heroism?)
