APPCRASH TesV.exe : V

I have rather frequent crashes and seeking for help. Almost all of them happen with APPCRASH message:

Im using Shensons memory patch with ENB Memory Boost. PC specs:

i2500k/GTX 680 2gb/16gb/SSD/Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit

Skyrim is heavily modded with over 300 mods and mostly 2k textures with 1k normals.

Did the crashes start all of a sudden? Have they been happening all along?

With that many mods im gonna call this a mod related problem. If they just started all of a sudden it could be your save game is corrupted. Try an earlier save. You arent removing mods mid way?
