Is there anyway to alter the appearance of your character e.g. hairstyle after the initial create a character section. Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately not,i've restarted a few times when i have realised what an ugly bassa i've created.

They could do with one at the end as in Oblivion.

open console and type /showracemenu, it allows you to change (PC version).

be aware that, if you change Race or Gender your skills will be screwed up.
You can siply tell if its going wrong if your char crosses Arms, if not youre fine.

Two notes on this thoug. First, if you change appearence without changing race it messes up your Racial Abilities. Like, Nord's Frost Resistance disappears. This can be fixed through console.
Second, if you change race all skills, perks and attributes are reset.
