I've been able to reliably duplicate this with the level 15 unlocks (The Voice/The Bouncer).

When you give up a level to redo your skill points, the appearance unlocks for that level become relocked. Sure, makes sense right?

Except... it locks them for ALL of your characters. Even ones that are high enough level to still have those items.

Example:
My level 15 operative levels down to 14 (from 15). The Voice/The Bouncer items are now locked.
Switch over to my level 20 engineer. The Voice/The Bouncer appearance options are not locked for him too, even though he's max level he should have ALL items unlocked.


This can be fixed by having any character level back up to 15. (Or what ever the level of the items you lost access to are)


It's more of a cosmetic frustration. Some consistency would be nice. Like, once you get the achievement for level 20, all appearance items stay unlocked forever. Or at least have it check for a higher level character before it locks appearance items for the whole profile.
