Judging by how the Aldudagga says the Nords were descended from Giants, I assume that the Giants are essentially Ehlnofey reduced to the stone-age.

That also ties in with Tsun being one big ass man and Auriel being one big ass elf.

Pocket Guide to the Empire 1 described them as "Titanic".

Interesting idea, never came across it before.
Giants also have pointy ears and I always assumed Ehlnofey to share at least some elvish features.
