[REQz] Apple Trees

Speedtrees can be rotated... but indirectly. All you need to do is to position one of objects (table, chair, etc.) in the place where your want your tree to be, and rotate it, then you can use replace function in CS - this will exchange that static rotated object with the tree of your choice. And that tree will retain all rotations of that object. While rotations along X and Y axis work well, on the other hand, if you try to rotate tree along Z axis, then its leaves may disappear in game when seen from certain angles. Anyway XY rotations are enough to provide some variety in that repeatable world of trees...

Sweet! That's a great idea! Thanks for sharing it us with us!

(Love the sig by the way: Trans. Europe. Express.)

...will the apple trees be a modders resource ? I would really like to use them for my Summerset mod instead of quarls ...which means adding the fruits manually

Remember that deer like apples....

They have killed enough of mine in the last 4 years. Plant one and they all go for it. But plant 10.... You have your work cut out for yourself, espescialy if you like to hunt.

Just a little bit of insight into the ways things work in the real world. Don't know if you're planning on trying to make it Immersive...?

Mooo

P.s. cows don't prefer apples, but will eat them from time to time.

Actually, apple trees are all over the place in cyrodiil; you simply can't get any apples because you do not have a ladder. All those trees with the white flowers on them between Cheydinhall, through Bravil, through Leyawiin and on to Anvil? Apple trees.

It seems you have solved the problem, but I still thought I should show you the apple trees in Korana's Millstone farm. I think they can be harvested, too. http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/images/29126-2-1262601399.jpg
