I took Arcade to the Fort. I just completed my talk with Caesar, left his tent, and Gannon says, "What a load of BS...". I get an [Intelligence 8] speech option where I say, "I don't think either of us can fully understand what he and others have been through". If I take the option, do I get positive or negative trust points with Arcade?

Can't find anything about it on the Wikis, though there are some statements that passing [Intelligence] checks with Arcade as a companion will increase his trust.

you don't have to pass all of his checfks. i think this is a negagtive because he doesn't like the legion. but i am not sure.
