so about to do a RP thread called well Arcane secrets. here is my characters background to give you a little bit of an idea of 1 who my character is and a little bit about what I want this to be about.

NAME: Thaylen Dressmen

BORN IN: Chedenhall, Cyrodiil

STATUS: Arch Mage

BACK STORY

Thaylen was born in Chedenhall to a master blacksmith and former caption of the guard. All Thaylens life he was taught how to fight in all manner of weapons and H2H. Thaylen excelled with Daggers, Short Swords, And Hand to Hand combat. He also became skilled in light armor and fighting unarmored as well. and over time he also became him self a master blacksmith.

At age 15Thaylen joined the local Mages Guild after a run in with the Arch mage on a trip to the Imperial City a few weeks earlier. Thaylen was so inspired by him that he vowed him self that one day he would become the Arch Mage. after returning to Chedenhall from his trip he immediately joined the Chedenhall Mages Guild.

Over the years he studied in each school of magic at each guild hall through out Cyrodiil. By the time he was 19 Thaylen had become an export in every school and had a recommendation to enter the Acrane University. Once there Thaylen studied even harder in each school becoming a master in each. On his 21st birthday he was nominated as the new Arch Mage. Finally reaching his vow Thaylen was introduced to secrets and the stuff of magic never thought possible.
this is where his story as Arch mage begins.



p.s. I might make up a prequel thing of Thaylens life. maybe starting with his dad being caption of the guard and retiring to become a black smith. then going from thaylens childhood up to him becoming arch mage. so look out for that I guess.





So basically he is told and shown secrets of magic that no one else knows about and some are dangerous secrets which is where the story will focus more on toward the end. maybe some kind of race against time type thing or some thing like that not sure. if any one joins we will discuss how every thing will go.
