I have been trying to download the Acorn Archimedes version of elite. First. I got a warning for piracy discussion because of dosbox, and abandonware. Which I admit, after some googleing it, I found it is. But this is not piracy.

1.It was released free by the icon bar (not sure who they are in relation to elite) -http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Elite_%28video_game%29#Conversions

2. Its available on Ian Bells (a dev from the first elite game) website http://www.iancgbell.clara.net/elite/arc/

So please, dont warn/ban me for this.

Back on topic, I cant figure out how to get ArcEm to install on my computer with ubuntu. I downloaded it, and unzipped it, but cant figure out what to do after that.
