Archimedes II

it's supposed to be some kind of doomsday weapon, but it can't even destroy a single strong npc (or securitron mk2), only damage it. and the area of effect is pathetically small, and it needs to recharge 24 hours after 1 shot.

does that sound to you like a practical weapon to use in a war?

As far as AOE, yes. It is a focused energy beam.

In terms of damage, no its not.

It's fun the first time. Then you just send power to the villages. :-)

I spread it out evenly and it didn't say anything about it.

Where you send the power just has to do with whom you favor the most FOTA, NCR, or the dimwit Fabulous or what ever his name is.
