Are adopted kids dlc or mod only? : V

I would like to adopt a little rugrat in Skyrim but I don't think they are for sale on console

Technically both. Before the dlc version came out it would probably have been a mod on P.C.

You have to download Hearthfire (The DLC) before you can adopt.

Edit- That's if you're on console.

I don't know of any mods that do that....there could be some though.

Adoption comes with Hearthfire DLC. Once you have that, there are mods that let you alter how you handle adoption and family life -- like how many kids you can adopt and where to live, etc.
