Are all New Vegas ENB code writers from back East...

...where its damp, humid, foggy, rainy cloudy most of the time?

I live in Colorado(33yrs), mtn bike(vacation) in Utah, Arizona, Nevada and I am really having a hard time with the New Vegas weather ENB's

Why is it always raining and or cloudy with poor visibility?

WARNING: these videos contain Western music soundtracks if you are under the age of 20 they could cause severe ear bleeding, haha

This is what the weather in the West really looks like:

and the one time, OK maybe twice a year (in the Spring) it rains which looks like this:

I'm not buying that post nukes would increase the rain. With all the deforestation there would be less moisture/humidity and less to no rain in the West.

I am not slamming the ENBs for poor quality in fact they are very atmosphere just not very realistic to someone who lives in the West.

Can anyone recommend an ENB that is more realistic to the weather in the West? I know this post is probably coming off as a gripe fest and it's not ment to be

I'm just a very bad wordsmith trying to make a small point about the weather.

Am I mixing up ENB's with weather mods? I am pretty new to modding (6months)

I have only tried these two so far because they had such high endorsemants.

I think so. An ENB is some files you put inside your NV folder, not Data, files like d3d9, the palette, etc.etc. , it will drastically change the whole graphic, but it won't touch weather. Weather is usually handled on the GECK itself, so you have an ESP that does it.

There are some very warm ENBs, I mainly use warm and dusty ones.

This is the one I use in FO3 for example

Thank you Ana.

It looks like I need a good ENB to increase visibility and eliminate the games sepia filter and stay away from the weather mods to get the wasteland I am looking for.
