The customers proportions complaining is really alarming (or at least, it should be for crytek).
So, Cry-Tom, Cry-Adam, we ask for a very simple thing: we want to know what is scheduled about fixing issues, what is scheduled about potential upgrades (dx11 is the most asked and expected question, yes or no would be enough actually), and when? We prefer to read that it'll be in a month and really get it in a month, that waiting a close promise that will be late and broken.
This is not much asked I think, it's the minimum you can do for your customers.
I just ask to other people who will answer this thread, not to remind again and again what they expect to be fixed, it has already been done many times. Just show how much you want an answer.
