Are object palletes from the Fallout 3 GECK compatible with

They might be, but if an object (I think you mean mesh or texture) is ONLY from vanilla Fallout 3, and not present in vanilla New Vegas it's against the rules to use the object in mods.

I guess that rule applies the other way around also? Meaning, if an object is only from vanilla New Vegas, it is against the rules to use the object in Fallout 3 mods?
