I have still FPS Problems in almost all Dugneons.

He's don't know what is talking a about, maybe not sleeped very well lately or ever never. He's maybe talking about some other game and have lost some years he's live. Maybe he's think that bugs in game are supposed to be in and are with part game mechanics and be happy with that because don't understand hows things supposed to go or maybe don't have get right or necessary education. Maybe he's smoking too much. Game is full of bugs and some frame rate issues.
Maybe a bit of interaction from Bethesda would go a long way in building people's trust in the game and company as a whole again because I do feel like that a lot of people are getting annoyed with the lack of patches or communication.
Yes the game is great, but I can't see myself playing any more until they fix the most important bugs.
Yeah, it runs. And while doing so, it bugs out on NPCs, attacks and other issues.
Not lying, really, but rather it's just that things change that are beyond his control.
I am sure that what he said at E3 is what they intended at that time, but there have been things come up that have caused them to be unable to do what they originally planned. It's not at all unusual in any field, after all. In this case, they have several issues that are new such as the Pip-Boy app connection and the negotiations to get mods on consoles. They are also dealing with new tech for the first time: Win 10, new consoles. Plus getting the GECK out of course.
As for "hurry up and patch" considering how their little patch already screwed up proper recognition of my G700s gaming mouse, the most popular gaming mouse on the market, and considering how they broke Skyrim by releasing the second patch too quickly, I think you don't want them to rush the process and make things far worse.
The game is stable and playable, many people have finished it multiple times. Are there some issues/annoyances? Yes. But no, nothing is "completely broken" regardless of certain claims here and elsewhere. Example: the synth infiltrator settlement attack worked just fine for me not once, but twice, so it is certainly not "completely broken" and anyone can disregard those who claim otherwise. Problems often occur on individual systems due to users, not developers. Even something as basic as heat build-up can cause problems. If various people don't have a reported problem then it is not a universal issue.

So far I've found two quests that I can't finish, and of course the drop through bug.
A few things here:
- F4 has been by far one of the most stable releases by BGS. There are issues, yes. Common issues like level 4 merchants, odd visual behaviour at different resolutions requiring fov scaling, crude workshop quests implementation, etc, etc.
- Some of the, often quite serious, issues some people are having will be harder to tackle because because of the relatively small amount of people having these issues.
- I'd rather have a patch that really fixes things then have a rushed patch that breaks things. (
I'll happily take a patch when it comes. I'll happily wait for it to come. That said: I'm running the game fine with close to no noticeable issues at all.
Agreed, but Skyrim was quite broken for many people. I never had many issues with it, but it was a mess on consoles and at some PC configurations. I've yet to run into any major problems with Fallout 4 after 250 hours. That does not mean that Bethesda can be lazy because i've had no problems. They need to step it up abit, should atleast be a beta patch out this week.
AMD FX 9550
ASUS Sabertooth 990 FX R2.0
Corsair 16 GB DDR3 Ram
Nvidia Geforce GTX 660
Corsair SSD with 100 GB free Space
All Settings on Low/off except Shadows on mid. Light, Shadow and other Distances on zero. I have almost constant 60 FPS in Exterior while i get in almost every Dungeon low FPS to 15 or 20 FPS in some Areas. My PC should be more as enough for these Settings.
Now tell me where the Problem is.
Yes, the support side has been rather slow, or at least on the last patch, they either only fixed a few items, or failed to include in the changelog everything they did.
Yes this has been the least buggy launch for one of their games I've experienced in quite a while. Then again I had to go in and manually alter the .ini file because the game didn't like the fact that my monitor's set for 1600 x 1200. Ditto on the power armor HUD which by default cut off the HP and Ammo counters.
I'd just like them to patch some of the content bugs. Stuff like the level 4 merchants, the settlement defense quests, and the "quest item" inventory issue are all really simple fixes. At least compared to ones like the game randomly CTD or other deep engine issues. I'm talking about bugs that we KNOW could be fixed by modders but shouldn't have to be.
The only thing that will wake up the PR guys is the press. And most of them are gushing about Fallout 4. While FO4 is a great game, the press should be more critical. It was once but now they all are very tame. They probably fear to loose their preview versions and the bonuses...
With 'the press' I mean the game magazine and the Internet sites. Several of them talk about draw backs, and the PC interface has really bad reviews. But it was not enough to elicit a statement.
Obviously Beth sold enough to feel high and mighty and do not need to communicate. Ideally the PC users would boycott a game company which does not care about PC interface, bugs and communication. It is possible - just by delaying to buy a new game for 2 weeks after release and not preordering we could send a signal. But this will never happen - pity.
we need a patch to fix the NPC bugs (Larry *cough) and we need to fix the settlement system, but most importantly, WE NEED GECK! I know DOOM is on it's way... but Fallout4 players here needs some love too~
The way that they compressed some files... I do not want to go into detail on this. I am just going to say it's not just someones PC... Or even there console...
Yes they are. My Computer starting with Low FPS when i spawn 100 Synths. The Problem are the Lights in the Dungeons. I get heavy low FPS in the Institute, in the bright Areas. Also Corvega, and every other Dungeon.
Interesting, but I guess, it has to be a problem on you end, since lights do nothing for me. The only times when I temporarily get low frames is fast travelling to a heavily populated settlement. The settlers have a tendency to spawn like zombies standing around in clusters and it takes a few seconds for the GPU to load all the objects.
I spawned via Console over 100 Gen1 Synths into my Settlement just to see what my Laser Defence are doing, my PC had no Problems at all but i get Problems with bright Areas in the Dungeons. Cant say what it is. I could also burn a BlueRay in the Background while playing and get even less FPS Drops as with those Dungeon Lights. Corvega got already an Fix but it was just a slightly one for me for this Dungeon.
