I was just curious and don't currently have a good setup to easily these this.

Are perk damage boosts reflected in weapon damage numbers? If I have a rifle that does 100 damage, then I get the perk that makes rifles deal 20% more damage will the gun now show 120 damage? Or will it still show 100 damage, and I have to know that I have the perk and factor it in myself? Thanks!

Yes, they are reflected in the damage numbers. Not quite so noticeable at 20%, but at 40-60% you'll definitely see big damage numbers.
