Hi one of my big concerns regarding my mod is the availability of voice actors for when. I will need and start the quests and dialogues for my mod Issgard.
My fear and feeling is that the more time it passes the less people care for the game and so the less and less will be the voice actors interested in it. i can't recruit them untill. I will have something solid to provide them with . So are my fears rruthfull?

I think you'll be fine mate. Voice Actors are interested in Voice Acting, I don't think it'll matter too much if they're interested in Skyrim or not. Alexander J Velicky made a tutorial of sorts on the subject of recruiting voice actors. I'm pretty sure I remember him mentioning dedicated forums and such
