Are the difficulty achievements stackable?

Meaning, if I beat the game on Supersoldier difficulty, will I get the achievements for 6 and 12 levels on Veteran as well and completing the game on Veteran?

I believe they are. I just beat the game on veteran and I got the achievement for Normal and Veteran.

Totally, finished it on supersoldier today and got veteran achievements as well

They are stackable.
Playing it on Super Soldier and also received the Veteran Achievements.
