Well, I'm not sure if Morrowind's graphics can do that, but I did use the Lichcraft 2 mod. And the Lich looks much better than the one in Tribunal, I think.

It does have a crown that's nice looking too.
Also, uh, wouldn't a Lich be a master at using Blunt weapons, I.E. Staffs, in case something gets through it's spells?
I mean, Liches aren't stupid.
