Since oblivion has mods for almost everything, today i noticed the only thing i need is a mod with birds..can be any birds, even cliffracers size(without poison and chreek noise)
Tried tesnexus but havent found anything except birds in cages, which is not what im looking for.

The Natural Habitat mod from http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=2536 (the only part I would recommend by the way) has birds.
Although only as the image mcc84 gave shows: High flying objects, nothing close and personal.

http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=39420 gives you a companion raven. But there is little more in terms of birds, that I know of.

WAC has an optional esp that uses Natural Habitat and WAC resources to give you more birds and bugs, but WAC itself needs a lot of end user editing.

Also the Natural Habitat based mods are just effects - you can't kill these creatures or interact with them - you just see them.

Since Skyrim will have flying (as evidenced by dragons) I'm hoping it too will have the mechanics for flight in terms of spells, character wings, and flying creatures.
