I have yet to really play the game.. I'm sort of holding out until another patch. I've read too many forum posts that there are still a lot of problems/broken quests/etc. I can't really find if they've announced anymore patches. Does anyone know?

Yep, prior to the Honest Hearts DLC there will be.

There will be a patch prior to each DLC but they will most likely be compatibility/trophy patches. As for game fixes, devs haven't announced one yet.

If they do come out with another patch soon, then hopefully they will fix a lot of the minor problems aswell. Its not life threatening, but being unable to wear glasses with the explorer hood was a bit of a bummer for me.
