Other then the one you replace the leaders of the Omerta's (Big Sal & whats his face) with that other dude which then makes you idolized with the faction. I did not see a quest option before or after that quest, if there is one let me know. It seems like I tried talking to Big Sal to try to pick up a quest but I don't think he gives you one.

well there's that one when you help the [censored]s escape, and another when you get the omertas to buy guns from mick and ralph's, which will let you get the pimp-boy 30000000000
