Are there any Railroad members outside their HQ? : Fallout 4

Just wanted to know if there are any Railroad member outside their hq like you see BoS members?

Well they are undercover Agents, but yes there are a few, but you will only know of them if you play the Railroad quests. Deacon follows you around though.

Yes, running road checks in various places. When you get close to them you often find them being attacked and asked to go to their help. This may be only after you complete the MQ on their side.

I was asked to establish a safe house once at Marshton Construction Site. There was an caretaker there to run the site. I went back after turning on the railroad for the brotherhood to tie up loose ends though and he was gone.

I think this is random encounters, at one location it was MM guarding an church, I was killed by car accident and then traveled again it was BoS, but yes railroad only show up late, think I had to side with them before they spawned.

Deacon is outside of the Railroad when it gets attacked and the Railroad agent you meet in Deacon's first mission where Deacon asks "do you think he is telling the truth" and you can use speech checks to ask for supplies or ask him to cover you with a sniper also is always wandering around Boston after the mission is over
