Theres the blacksmith near the forge,a couple of outdoor vendors next to it. And theres a shop in the gray quarter. just use your map my friend.

Just as you walk in, go to the left and you'll find plenty of merchants

There is. If you turn left as soon you go through the gate and then just keep going straight, you'll eventually run into them. There's a smith, and three market stalls that sell stuff, and an alchemy shop.
