Are these official system requirements?

I've seen other system requirements for the game, but it says they are only predicted. I'm not sure if these are just predicted system requirements as well, or if they are actually official. It looks legitimate, but to my knowledge I don't think Bethesda released anything.

Those seem like accurate predictions, but we will have to wait for the official word.

Ha, I actually meet those with my current old build. Which is why I don't believe they're legit at all.

I think it's interesting they pegged the RAM min at 3gb, when the 32bit OS max allotted to an individual program is 2GB. I mean sure, so there's extra running background stuff, but still.

Spoiler
Publisher: Bethesda Softworks

Developer: Bethesda Game Studios

Release Date: November 11, 2011

Genre: Role Playing Game (RPG)

Features: (source: wikipedia.org)
Skyrim is set two-hundred years after the events of Oblivion in the eponymous land of Skyrim. The country has erupted into civil war after the assassination of its King. Concurrently, the god Alduin, which takes the form of a dragon, arises to destroy the world.
Within Skyrim lie five cities, comparatively larger to those in Oblivion’s Cyrodiil setting, and expanses of wilderness and mountainous ranges. When visiting cities, the player can complete activities such as farming and mining, and is able to smith weapons from a forge.
A new feature introduced in Skyrim is the use of Dragon Shouts — powerful skills gained by slaying dragons, examples of which include teleportation, slowing down time and summoning a dragon to aid the player. There are roughly twenty different Dragon Shouts to be gained throughout the game
