Looking through the topic list, there are pages upon pages with bug reports. Usually the same issues.

But they stay completely unaddressed.

I hear you.

I do think the powers that be read the support forums, but they obviously don't communicate that things are being looked at. It would be nice to see a few "hey, thanks for bringing this to our attention, we'll add it to the other bugs we're looking at" comments from them every now and again.
