1 could you make liberty prime a companion? And i know size wise would not work to well ,but.couldn't you shrink him with the setscale code?

2 change the face of an NPC without mods? but by using the one we use to make our character? i was wondering if you just made a character then found the code of that character . The make a script that the NPS could trigger the face generator then that would trigger to use the code that we know. Could that work to change an NPC ?
