You probably just have to put them in the right folder or archive of your game by yourself. Maybe some people here can tell you how to do that because I don't really have time to search.

I know there's a tutorial somewhere on how to convert them but figured I'd check first to see if its already been done. If not, they are the only two MW wallpapers linked on the UESP that haven't been.

If you want to make your own, its pretty easy. Just make sure your resized image is a multiple of 2, and it's in tga format. You might be able to use dds, I can't remember.
