Are you getting antsy for Fallout 4? And how are you biding

Is it a PC exclusive?

By the way I uninstalled Skyrim today, to boring and took up to much space.

STALKER games (Shadow of Chernobyl, Clear Skies, and Call of Pripyat) are PC exclusive.

I haven't uninstalled Skyrim yet, even though I haven't played it since last november. I have an intention to finish at least one playthrough - when I bother - before forgetting it, since I have the game.

Thanks, when I get a gaming PC I'll make sure to give them a try.

And its just not worth it, the most fun I had was with the Dark Brotherhood questline (I like stealth) which was sub par compared to the other games. I found the Civil War one a little fun but the rest just got way to dull for me.

Skyrim's not moving from the spot on my shelf between F3 and Oblivion anytime soon.

STALKER games are great. Not as good as the film it's based off, but great. First one was good, imo, not great; latest one is a beauty.

I don't think the games would've been as good as they were if they were close adaptations of Tarkovsky's film. The slow artistic and flowing sadness and the poetic ponderings of existentalism in that movie is just something not really suitable for a horror FPS. But, yeah the movie was better, no questions asked.

The games, to me, felt more close to the original book "The Roadside Picnic" (from which the movie also drew). Good book, by the way - a bit slow at times, but it's not overly long.

So are the ones listed by UndeCafindeed are all of them?

Oh so it has horror too? I'm definantly getting them then.

Sounds interesting as well.

I'd love to get a announcement tomorrow for it, but I've still got plenty of games I want to play until Fallout 4 comes out. I just got Skyrim today and then Mass Effect 3 comes out in a couple of weeks so those two alone are going to keep me busy honestly for the better part of the rest of this year.

Still can't wait for F4 though, I wasn't on the forum when any of the other games came out so I can't wait to see the [censored] storm first hand.

Just started playing Dead Space 2 again, forgot how much I loved it. Only game where I'm honestly too scared to walk down a hallway, or to do anything but turn it off.
I'm tryn to stay away from RPGs, changing up what I'm used to. I also started playing Red Dead again..... That game surely deserved it's GOTY award.... Unlike some half assed games..*caugh caugh Skyrim.

Not too antsy for F4, Skyrim killed any hope of it becoming anything more than a 12yrolds wet dream(lots of things to kill, tons of things to explore, and no hard/ confusing things like dialoge)

Maybe, while we're waiting we could write up a plot for an adaptation to the series, maybe a movie or a TV plot?

Are you starting to get antsy for some Fallout news, and when do you personally anticipate an announcement?

Nope, like others have stated, there's going to be plenty of games I'm equally excited about coming out in the mean time. Max Payne, GTA, Hitman, Far Cry and at least three more. I'm not even thinking about a release date yet.

I sold my NV for Mortal Kombat back in April, dont get me wrong, i love MK but my desire for fallout is growing like a tumor. Good for me however, as most of my time is going towards revision or Finishing off my ME2 character that i will use in ME3, whenever i have the money for that. And only 4 days till the Ultimate Edition of NV comes out, which will be receiving a swift purchase!

I definitly want some news, and I mean ASAP! It's been too long since even a peep was uttered about the future of the Fallout series. My antsy-ness has led me to watch fake "trailers" on Youtube, and while I do give credit to those people who made them, they are fake, and do not fulfill my Fallout desires! I already played through Fallout 3. I'm working on Fallout 1 and 2 now. Then it's on to Fallout: Tactics. If I don't hear something on a new Fallout game by the time I'm done with those 3 games, I think I will go crazy!!

This is pretty ironic, since I just got Fallout 1, 2, and Tactics today. :P

Anywho, you can probably guess how I'm spending my time, Fallout wise. :D

After having Fallout 3 and New Vegas back to back I needed a break from the wasteland, Skyrim has filed the need for a break from it, but won't hold long enough till the next chapter of Fallout is released.

Antsy? No, but once Skyrim wears it welcome out, I'll need to find something to bide my time for a while.

Eh, I really, really want FO4 to come out, but I think we're probably looking at 1 1/2 - 2 years minimum before we get it, so it's too early to let myself get antsy about it.

There will be other games to fill the time. Starting next week, ME3 will probably own my free time for a couple months. There will always be some way to fill the time.

Whoa give Beth a chance at least, Fallout 3 was their first attempt at a Fallout I'd wait to make such a judgement after Fallout 4.

Secondly, was the first Wasteland considered good, because the only thing I know about it is that it was made by the people who made Fallout before they made Fallout.

1. It's not really Fallout 3 per se, it's Skyrim that makes some of us even more cynical about the idea of Bethesda developing another Fallout game.

2. Cult classic apparently.

I'm hoping that Beth will realize Fallout should become more of hardcoe RPG to, at the very least, respect it's roots. They can do what they want with their own series (short of making it for CoD players which, unfortunately, could be a possibility at this rate).

But... Fallout sells, out. So they can get more and more moneyz!
Bethesda is sadly a business and need to make money, if they sold out Fallout 4 more than Skyrim was sold out I wouldn't be the least bit surprised.

The only reason I'm anxious for FO4 is because:

1) I wanna know what direction Bethesda wants to go with the Fallout series, and I wanna see the quality of their next Fallout game.
2) I wanna know the canon ending of Fallout New Vegas.
