Definitely. Thats what makes a game like this so much fun. After I play through it a few times then maybe I would use one to find the neat hidden stuff. I would make a guide myself for Gamefaqs but UESP will have all the info in a neater format in like a week.

At the time of Oblivion and Morrowind I was erm "blessed" to have no access of the internet lol if you can really say that, so everything was new to me, being only about 13 when I started Morrowind I had no clue on what I was doing and spent most of my time between seyda neen and Balmora and I loved it, when I first went to Sadrith Mora and saw the new landscape I was stunned!. Anyways the point is not knowing anything about the game made it all the more exciting for me, and it was the first of the Elder Scrolls games for me.

I never do that on my first playthrough, or maybe only if I'm Really lost.

Well that defeats the purpose

I personally will. I remember when I first played Oblivion and had no idea what to expect. It was definitely some of the most fun I've ever had in a video game.

I would never ever spoil anyhting for me :P

I only check gameplay videos, graphix, sound....etc you know tech stuff.

I remember when Lord of the rings the return of the king was out and I could not see it at the movies, I avoided spoilers for a YEAR yes a year until I got it on DVD and watched it, one word, epic, and unspoiled :)

Absoutely. I'll eventualy look online for hidden stuff to find, but it won't be until I've at least done a few questlines and explored most of the world.

IF you are unfamiliar with what blind means then it's basically not looking up any quests or characters or researching the game much on UESP or any other website. I think it makes for a more enjoyable game if you don't since you are experiencing it first hand. I won't even look up a character building tutorial.

ABSOLUTELY! and probably try to do "Dead is Dead" too!

Well . . . assuming it is available via means other than Steam and I can in good conscience buy it . . .

It is an experience you can never get back if you don't do it the first time. the first time I played oblivion I didn't even know about any wiki pages. I will play Skyrim blind the first time. but I'm still going to look on trailers and read general stuff about it, but not quest giver+walkthrough+location+reward guide stuff.

I learned my lesson on Morrowind. I can find an uber weapon (daedric diakatana), sell expensive stuff to creeper (just up the stairs), get some training in long blade, kill the orc on the bottom floor for his weapon, sell to creeper, buy more training, go kill ordinators, and then go get a bazillion more pieces of gold.

Depends how complete the instructions are. Most of the time, I need help with basic things or hit roadblocks in a quest. It also depends on how well the journal works. With OB, I tended to do things as they came up because I'd forget about them or what they were in the journal

I'll probably soak up all the info until the game comes out.

When it comes out, I'll play and only consult the internet when I'm stuck.

Yeah, I usually try to "blind" as you put it, games. Sometimes I get stuck to the point of frustration and I will check online but I try to avoid that.

Post less.. I may even have to delete the bookmark of this board. I might watch a video or 2 when E3 arrives in June, but that will be it.
