Are you siding With Joshua or Not?

I wonder if we will be able to recruit him (like the Bos, Remnants, etc) to appear at Hoover Dam? Ulysses, too, for that matter.

If he's turned into a wussy good guy, then I'll kill him. If he's still awesome and evil, then I'll be siding with him.

*boom*
Joshua Graham is unconscious.

no no Obsidian would not do that.

The burned man will not be like all the people you could not kill in fo3.

Obsidian NPCs die when you kill them.

I ve always wanted to make the Kings love the free side thugs, and force them to take the bridge as one big happy family.

My plan is three-fold:

1. Find out what good deeds the Burned Man wants to accomplish.
2. Accomplish said deeds.
3. Send Burned Man into orbit with C4.

It would actually probably be harder to think of crimes against humanity that the Burned Man never committed.

Misogyny, torture, and murder are legion staples.

Bringing peace and safety to Arizona is hardly anything to be ashamed of.

Bringing peace and safety to Arizona is hardly anything to be ashamed of.

Yet attacking Hover Dam , murduring inocents, [censored], enslaving, and being all aroung monsters is something to be ashamed of. And in all that FAILING AT HOVER DAM.
Besides the NCR could of moved out there if the legion didn't act like a bunch of douches

I have three characters in Falout New Vegas. One is a Guns and Explosives centered "kill 'em all" character that I play for fun. He will no doubt kill Graham. Another character is a Caesar's Legion character, who will of course kill him to end the anti-Legion legend that he has become. My main character is the future king of Vegas, very well-liked by the NCR, and vilified with the Legion; he actively hunts down anyone even remotely affiliated with them. This character is rational, so I may chose to hear him out. However, given how important he was in the founding of the Legion, it's likely that I'll destroy him (incendiary rounds or a flamer, for the irony).

It seems "The Burned Man" has good intentions towards the end of the trailer.
"Zion may not be lost to us afterall".

If he turns out to be a psycho though,
I don't mind looting his corpse. B)

Actually, the latter is a lie. The NCR's main goal is New Vegas. They still need to steal the city from House, regardless of the Legion.

not sure if some people in this topic are serious...

As far as I know, I have no idea how Graham really is, and it's not a few quotes in a trailer that will make me decide if to side with him or not. Either he will be the friendly mummy or the extra crispy barbecued man.

As for religion (or anything else in life), I have only one rule: "What you do not want done to yourself, do not do to others", don't try to impose your beliefs to somebody else because I'm sure you wouldn't like somebody else to try to impose his beliefs to you.
And that's how I will judge Graham.

Yeah. If Joshua has some distorted view on what it really means to serve God, then I'll be siding with Daniel.

Well going by Achievements ....

Safety Deposit Box (Trap Father Elijah in the Sierra Madre's Vault) = May my Hand Forget its Skill (Evacuate Zion)
Cash Out ( Confront Father Elijah in the Sierra Madre's Vault) = O Daughter of Babylon (Crush the White Legs) / Restore Our Fortunes (Resupply Daniel and the Sorrows).

I know its not much but it seems its harder to Evacuate Zion that anything else as far achievements go, I am not sure were the White Legs and the Sorrows fit in all this but Joshua is seem in the trailer fighting along with a tribe that does not look to be the White Legs but it does not seem to be the Sorrows either.

I would say Joshua is not in the same role as Father Elijah was, one of the Achievements is also "Scout the Zion Valley for signs of the White Legs" that I suspect the end is you either Evacuate Zion or you destroy the White Legs but even that I am unsure, Zion Valley is right in the Legion side of the Colorado (up north) so why are there at least two tribes in the area? that kinda indicates the Legion have not pushed so far North ... yet and considering the "Evacuate Zion" ...

Also it helps that "If I forget you, O Jerusalem (Zion), let my right hand forget its skill" and "O Daughter of Babylon, doomed to destruction, happy is he who repays you for what you have done to us"" as "Restore our fortunes, LORD, as streams renew the desert" does not seem to fit.

Depends on his role in HH he obviously has some kind of power over the tribe he's with and its really going to depend on how he got that power and what he intends to do with it his days with the legion mean nothing to me since I've sided with them more than once I don't agree with everything any of the main factions do so it'll be based on what he's doind not what he once did.

I just gave this a thought and if we are able to have The Burned Man as a companion all of NCR and everybody else would probably be attacking us, but what if He had diplomatic immunity on the strip. So if we own the strip, from killing House, or if House is still running the show we could bring Joshua papers granting him diplomatic immunity. Normally this probably wouldn't work but if the NCR ever want anything to do with having some land on the strip killing a diplomat from the strip would be a step in the wrong direction. If we decide to sign up with the NCR then i'm sure we could talk to some high brass and get Josh clearance as being a Friendly,
[Speech 50] He used to be in command of most of the legion, he must have some great intel on where they're the weakest. If anything keeping him alive will cause a lot of unrest with the slaves.

I (will have) sided with Graham twice...

The first time (was because his VA really gets to me like it) was water.

The second time (he will have died) with flame.
