Is there any parameter(s) in the .ini files that enable area looting? Or... are there any addons that enable area looting? Google yielded me no immediate results on "Area looting".

Note: Area looting is where you can loot multiple bodies at once by simply interacting with one corpse.

The http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/16225/ spell mod has an Apprentice level spell to loot area corpses, called "Loot Magnet". It takes everything within around 50' instantly, then it's up to you to discard what you don't want.

I have not tried it, but an auto-loot plugin like http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/30408/? might work - a menu will pop up on every death so you can at least be sure you're not missing anything. No spell required.

besides that, there is nothing as far as i know. convenient horses has a auto-loot system for when you are on your horse, which has customization as to what is looted, but that is not area loot, and only effects you when on your horse.
