It isn't in. J.E. Sawyer has said it over, and over. Plus, at the top of the page it is listed a FO2 Cut-Content. Not FONV.

Do you really think Obsidian is going to give away all the cool locations that are going to be in the game before it's released?? I would hope not.. that's like someone handing you your pretty wrapped birthday present and saying "Oh by the way, it's a tie". Pff... what fun would that be. I'm betting there are tons of achievements, locations, quests and creepy crawlys in the game that are going to be a total suprise.. at least I hope so...
