Post » Sun Oct 31, 2010 11:35 am

You see I get it to start in all but its really slow. Then I try ctrl-f12 but still it wont help. I've been looking it up but nothing has helped me so far. Any help would be great.

well I'm running on vista I don't fully remember how fast my processor is. I had to reformat my c drive and last time I had to do that my processor driver wasn't installing. I'm guess that it's at least a half decent processor.

To get your system specs, go to Control Panel and then "System". I've seen Vista on Celerons, and it isn't pretty.

What's more likely is that DOSBox isn't set up to run Arena. There was a thread on it not too long ago, so you might want to search for that.

I'm having trouble finding dosbox.conf to change to dynamic core

You don't need to use dosbox.conf for that. Just write these two lines in DOSBox before you start the game
CORE DYNAMIC
CYCLES 15000
