Spent two days trying to solve Pilgrimage quest in Puzzle Canol. First, after hours i found center room with shrine and text: "Breathe the Waters of His Glory and the Way is Made Clear.

So, my first idea was i use breathing potion. No help. Then i used breathing potion under water. No help. Then i let myself drown a little bit (few gulps of water). No help. Then i lost my hope and started to explore Puzzle Canol again. No help.

As a final measure i did look from net for "spoilers". DANG!!! I could NEVER GUESS THE SOLUTION BY MYSELF!!! Unless drowning myself accidentally. it is so illogical.

Yeah, that particular quest stumped me until I checked the guide for help. Not very intuitive. It is the only quest I can think of in the entire game where you die...

I remember when I found that shrine when playing for the first time. I actually didn't beat it until I got my PC connected to the Internet, that i about a year later.

Actually this one is the quest with really unclear objective, not the directions given by NPCs which are often considered vague.
