:D Strangely enough, I don't actually use any of the TR stuff simply because I'm waiting for non-telvanni owned regions. But Argonia I would probably spend most of my time in. ^^ And I'm not big into playing Argonians!

Edit: forgot to actually mentions stuff about the mod! Looks great Zackq. I'm also glad to see your still working on it. :) The swamp trees look good to me. Though they might be a little thick. But that is just my opinion.

I kinda feel that not playing as an Argonian would be a better time, but who knows so far =-).

looks amazing, and im looking forward to it. keep up the good work!

Also:

if you ever need any help with factions, quests, quest stories (i specialize enormously in this, and Zaldir in the oblivion modding forum can attest to that) or NPC's/dialogue, you can always ask me.

I prefer if you emaild me though, so heres my email:

ironhide108@gmail.com

KK will save this until that time, thank u!

I really like the swamp trees! One thing I just thought of...would it be possible to make the water in Argonia more murky, like either darker underneath or more green tinged than the waters in Morrowind?

Its something I want to do. As for vanilla morrowind, I doubt there is a way. With MGE Ill have to get in contact with the the people who do all the shaders as they would know if its possible.

So far so good, but im more curious how you will handle argonian settlements

Well Ive posted screenies for only two regions, Greenway Coast and Darkmoor. Greenway Coast's tribal areas draqe the skin of dead animals over animal rib cages to make short huts and then tunnel underneath them. Darkmoor tribal villages I think I described in my original thread, eggsacks are taken and stuck in a solution that the sack absorbs. The Argonians hollow out the sack and tie it into the tree and live in it. The more civilized Argonians live in cities, two of which architecture is under way. Im doing Soulrest and Thee Old Ye Bard is working on Thorn

Curious, and it may have been answered at some point and I missed it, but have you though about any of the story you will be including in here. I have heard that the new book The Infernal City is related pretty well to Black Marsh - do you intend to pull any inspiration from it at all?

Anyways, kudos on the work!

This looks incredibly great. Behind Elsweyr, the Black Marsh interests me the most out of all the provinces. I'll most certainly be spending a lot of time here. I'm anxious for more news whenever you've got it.

You could place a foggy looking mesh under the water level, that might work.

Im back, this time with screenshots to prove to you I havent been working on Argonia as much as I should have lol.

I got bored today so I made a 32x96 part of Cyrodiil and Elsweyr, from the foothills of the Jerall Mountains to the northern tip of Tenmar Forest. Have a look, see.

The two straight waterways seperating the three landmasses are because of the way TesTroi imports em. Easily fixable, I just havent yet =-).

I feel as though I am looking at the moon in a few of those screenies.

But still rather impressive, it almost inspires me to start modding and such

The architecture has a definite imperial influence. Gideon or Blackrose?

By the way, Zack, if you are still interested in my ideas about using the Eye of Argonia and The Lost City as a supplementary storyline for adventurers - I can help with the plot. And, of course, with sketches and models.

Argonia looks fantastic so far!

I've always been interested in Black Marsh, so I will be following this mod for sure.

I'm just curios, is travel by worms/roots going to be possible? In one of my favorite books, The Argonian account, the main character can travel by this system. It's also supposed to be a major system of travel, so it would be cool to see it firsthand.

Can't wait for this mod, keep up the good work!

-New means of travel, such as "Riding the Roots"

Yep, zackg says so. I'm very interested to see how it is executed! Riding in worms, should be exhilerating!

Well I visited Weye, but I realized I had forgotten very important order forms for the Imperial Trade Commission so I was promptly sent back to Argonia

I know if you are checking this thread then it is to progress for my Argonia project, but unfortunately (or fortunately, depending how you view it lol) Ive been devoting so muh of my time to pieces of a new Cyrodiil project. Heres a few more screenshots of the Imperial City Waterfront, an early rendering of a hopefully upgraded look from Oblivions version.

All of this is looking great Zackg, you obvioulsy have a talent for large scale modding  Sill I wonder if you might be spreading yourself too thin working on multiple provinces at once. Working on one is hard enougth afterall, even for big teams like Tamriel rebuilt.

I'm just saying I'd love to eventually play your awesome work but if you keep working on multiple things you might never get any of them done :( Maybe it would be better to first focus on one area of Argonia/Cyrodiil

Regardless, your modding is very impressive :goodjob:

I get too bored working on one thing, switching projects lets me feel refreshed when i return to them. When my mods progress, it isnt because I worked hard on them for day after day after day, its because I stepped away from it and returned to work super hard for three days then left it for something else.

Yeah, switching between projects is a must, imo.

In any kind of creative work you need to keep your eyes and/or ears fresh. If you don't, the end result is often not good because you spent too much time with it and became "blind" to its faults + you stopped being inspired half way through and just wanted to get it finished.

Looking good, btw :)

I can see TRYeti's concerns though, you haven't really got anyone working with you atm, and yet you're taking on 2 provinces. It's madness! :ahhh:
Couldn't you help out with Province: Cyrodiil?
