Played through the Oblivion Fighters Guild recently. Hist Sap comes to mind.
Obviously the procreation of any race is rather important to its society. http://monkeytruth.net/forum/index.php?PHPSESSID=5bc08e541b1ee729caef5d80b20555b0&topic=18.0
...More seriously, though, I think Argonians are a bigger blank than most when it comes to what we know of them. Not only does TES purposely make them mysterious, but because there are so many other questions that TES raises a lot more obviously, the society and background of Argonians is put on the backburner to the point that players often forget that there's a mystery at all. I know I so rarely think about it that I sometimes forget that Argonians even exist (at least until I remember the Red Year; it's easier to remember things when you consider them as a plot device for the background of your favorite race, even if that really gives said "plot device" short shrift).
That said, what we know so far (or can at least guess) is that Argonians have a tribal society, they follow the directives of sentient tree-gods who are relics from either a previous kalpa or a different world altogether, and in general they have a deep distrust for other races and a homeland that allows them to withdraw from a hostile world if they feel the need for it.
