You should help out on making some awesome nordic armors for skyrim. Not that I don't think you have enough on your plate already, it's just that your armor design skills seem that good.

What I picture for the crest is a Lizzard formed into a Hist. The tail as a deep root, legs as surface roots, body as a stout trunk, arms as most branches. And then something for the head. More branches?
I do not mean to criticize the earlier tree art, but the image seems a bit to...delicate, to represent argonians.

Just joking, got a fair bit done since last update, but ive been quite busy with projects. And ive been deciding how to place alot of this in-game. Most of the models are done :)

Right, ive been looking at the Aduls Leggings Mod to see how he has made beasts able to wear boots.

But i can't seem to find out how he has done it. I was thinking it would be a script allowing beast races to wear boots but i was wrong :|

So does anyone know what actually tells the game to pop up a menu saying beast races can't wear boots? Or how to implement it?

A boot can still be set up as an actual boot and be worn by beasts
as long as you do not include the foot part. So, in other words, when
setting up your boot, only assign the ankle part and they will then be
able to be worn by our bent-legged friends ;).

Ahh its easy as easy as that is it.

I thought it would be something like, if the armor type is boot then Beast Races can't wear it.

You know, I recall reading about Hist-sap armor...seems like that would be pretty cool for Argonians. I kind of imagine it to be like chitin, maybe medium armor. Maybe some leaf/bark textures.

I want to use the cuirass in the clavicle slot as its one of the slots that won't be used.

Change "Pauldron" to "Clavicle" (its the body part you want named in the .nif, not the armour part ;) ).

It looks good so far, but even better with a Loin cloth and shoulder pad :D
